Heartability is a browser-based platform of reflective games and collections. Anyone may play without an account. A free account saves what you make, with limits on some features. Paid memberships unlock the full dream matrix, the full cosmic collage, or both. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@heartability.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
Heartability offers three paid membership plans:
All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a membership, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and do not include any applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change membership pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing members.
Your account includes a limited amount of storage for photos and other content you upload to the Service (for example, matrix entries, your studio, or the media library). Storage allowances vary by membership tier and may be changed at any time.
If you reach your storage limit, you may need to delete existing content before uploading more. We reserve the right to decline new uploads once your limit is reached, and to offer paid storage add-ons in the future for users who want additional space.
You may cancel your membership at any time — no hoops, no guilt — from the membership settings on your account settings page, or by contacting us at hello@heartability.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. When you cancel:
Deleting your account is different: it cancels any paid membership immediately, along with the account, and you will not be charged again. Access ends right away, and the unused part of the current billing period is not refunded. Contact us if you were billed in error.
Memberships are billed at the start of each billing cycle, and we do not offer refunds for a billing period once it has begun. If you were charged unexpectedly or believe there was an error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.
We're a small, independent studio and we handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If a technical issue kept you from accessing the Service during your billing period, or there were other extenuating circumstances, please reach out and we will try to work with you.

Some things you post on Heartability can be seen by other users, such as library reviews, comments, suggestions you add to a tool, categories you suggest, and guestbook messages. You are responsible for what you post. Content posted by users reflects their own views, not ours.
We don't review everything before it appears, and we have no obligation to monitor content on the Service. We do moderate, and we decide what stays up. At our sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice, we may:

We're a small team, and we try to make fair, consistent decisions. If you think we got something wrong, contact us through the support page and we'll take another look. Our decision after that review is final.

All content on Heartability — including games, illustrations, characters, text, and design — is owned by Untold Until Media LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Heartability content without our written permission.
Your username and any content you submit remains yours. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to display it within the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Heartability is a wellness-inspired game platform — it is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Untold Until Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
